Run for HER is more than an event—it’s a community where everyone belongs, no matter where you are in life. To help you know what to expect, we’ve outlined three groups participants often connect with.

-Train and fundraise using R4H’s online resources.-Show up on event day, collect your medal, and be proud of the impact you’ve made!-Be part of the bigger picture and look forward to joining us next year.
-Be invited to group training sessions-Be invited to community leader-led meetings(3 per season, groups created by your indicated preferences)-Lean on Fundraising Captains for resources and support.-Look forward to off-season R4H events!
